The GreenShield Practitioner Platform uses Stripe to manage our care provider payouts. After you have registered on the platform, you can set up automatic payouts through a Stripe Express account.

On the
Payouts screen, select Summary.

Navigate to Go to Stripe.

You will be redirected to Stripe Express to enter your relevant payment information.
From the Stripe Express dashboard, you can access all upcoming and previous payments made to your account. Stripe will detail payment records associated with specific appointments, which will be listed as Payments. It will also list when a payout is sent to be deposited into your bank account, which will be listed as Payouts.
Note
Stripe will bundle multiple Payments into weekly Payouts that are deposited into your bank account. From the Stripe Express dashboard, you can review which Payments are associated with a given Payout.
If you encounter difficulties while setting up your Stripe Express account, please contact Stripe's support team through their website. If you need to edit your payout details, you can navigate to your Stripe Express account at any time from the Go to Stripe icon.
Note
If you have already added your payment information prior to June 4, 2025, you will still update your details on the platform from the Payouts screen.
